OKC officer arrested on sex abuse counts

A 30-year-old Oklahoma City police officer is getting a first-hand look at how the other half lives.

That's because Austin Brackeen was arrested yesterday on child sex abuse accusations.

An OKC newspaper were told by police the acts allegedly happened in Canadian County, but very little information has been released.  We do know Brackeen has been with the department for two years and has been placed on paid administrative leave.

"Due to the sensitive nature of the arrest and the ongoing investigation, no additional information will be released at this time," police said in a news release obtained by the newspaper.
