Tulsa, Okla. — ODOT crews plan to close lanes Thursday in Tulsa on I-244 for work over the Arkansas River just west of downtown.
The work is expected to close the left eastbound lane from nine to three.
Then back in downtown on the south side of the IDL today, the left westbound lane will be closed at the same time while crews work on the lighting there.
