Man sentenced for crashing into store, stealing guns

KRMG has updated information regarding a man accused of crashing a stolen vehicle into a Tulsa gun shop and stealing rifles.

Records show 44-year-old Anthony Martinez was sentenced this week to 65 months in federal prison and three years of supervised release. Martinez and his partner in crime, Shannon Fryman, also have to pay $50,534 in restitution for damage caused to the store.

Martinez and Fryman have both confessed to backing a stolen Chevy Trailblazer through the wall of Action Arms back in November of 2017.  They were inside the store for just minutes.

Tulsa World reports seven of the guns were later sold for drugs and cash.
