TULSA, Okla. - Tulsa police have arrested a man on a complaint of first-degree rape of a minor after a 13-year-0ld girl reported he had attacked her in her home.
KRMG obtained a copy of an arrest and booking report on the incident.
It names the suspect as 33-year old Jamal Thomas and identifies him as the boyfriend of the girl's mother.
The report indicates Thomas lives across the street from the victim and her mother.
It says the girl called her mother to report the rape early Wednesday morning.
Detectives say Thomas was taken to the TPD Detective Division and questioned.
He reportedly admits going to the residence and to having a key, but denied the sexual assault.
He remains jailed in lieu of a $50,000 bond.
