Man accused of trying to abduct two university students

Oklahoma City University students are on high alert after a man allegedly tried to abduct two different students this week.

Apparently, the unidentified suspect has a type. An OKC newspaper reports both victims were “short-statured” Asian women.

The suspects first attempt happened while one of the victims was walking across campus. That student was able to walk away from the suspect before anything dangerous occurred.

However, the suspect became more confident and violent with his second attempt at a nearby apartment complex. He reportedly grabbed the student, but she collapsed to the ground, causing the suspect to flee the scene.

Police believe the second victim was smart to to collapse like she did because it probably stopped her from being abducted.
