Man accused of helping police shooting suspect escape scene

Tulsa Police have arrested the man they believe drove the suspect in the shooting of two Tulsa Police officers away from the shooting scene in a different vehicle.

29-year-old Matthew Nicholas Hall was tracked down to a house in Broken Arrow a little after 1:00 p.m. this afternoon.

A neighbor, Sharon Means, watched it happen.

“Kinda scary, I had about 15 police cars parked on this side, and in front of my house I had about five,” Means said.

Hall was arrested without incident.

He's been booked on a complaint of Accessory to a Felony.

Police say as he was being pulled over by police, the shooting suspect, David Ware, called Hall and asked him to come to the scene near 21st and Memorial.

Police say that after Ware shot the officers, he got into Hall's red Jeep Grand Cherokee, and Hall drove away.
