Homicide victim #60 identified, shooter had been stabbed

Tulsa, Okla. — A shooting victim becomes Tulsa's Homicide Number 60 for the year.

The victim 48-year old Alfred Guy died last Thursday after he was shot the day before.

Police tell us Guy had pulled a knife on the Town Square apartment owner and stabbed him when the owner refused to give him a ride.

The owner then pulled a gun and shot Guy once in the stomach.

The shooter was still in the hospital Sunday.

No one has been arrested.
