The Supreme Court ruled in favor of Hobby Lobby today in a 5-4 split decision.
The company had argued that the Affordable Care Act's requirement that the company provide contraception for their employees was uncontitutional and a violation of their religious rights.
The Christian company, owned by the Green family, had argued that they are not making a statement about whether or not their female employees use contraception, only whether the company should be required to provide it.
The company sepcifically objected to those drugs that terminate a pregnancy.
The Green family also owns Mardel's.
