The Flaming Lips hold ‘bubble concert’ in Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY — Oklahoma-formed The Flaming Lips have found a unique way to bring concerts back in the age of COVID-19.

The band held a concert at The Criterion in OKC where each member of the band and each audience member stood inside a plastic bubble.

According to a recent interview with frontman Wayne Coyne on Brooklyn Vegan, the band thinks this could be a way to bring back live music.
