The 32 page document has short term and high term priorities, including the importance of grants and long term capital for small businesses.
The committee wants to ensure the cities approved 25-50 million dollars from the Tulsa County Cares Act.
They say they want to make sure businessmen and women have access to online tools to get resources they need, as well as eventually establishing an angel network in Tulsa.
