Tulsa, Okla. — The City of Tulsa Call Center needs more 9-1-1 dispatchers.
A man called dispatchers recently when he saw a man trying to break into a car.
The caller said, “At the point where I was able to speak with a human being after I was on hold the suspect was no longer in sight.”
We're told the job is stressful with its multi-tasking and constant technology changes.
The pay is $16 dollars per hour.
