Chase suspect reportedly brags, ends up in Jail

Sometimes, criminals really should use their right to remain silent.

William Fredrick is learning that lesson right now, after being arrested this week in Tulsa for a pursuit that happened last month.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers received a tip Fredrick was bragging about getting away from them on I-44 near Garnett. He was located at a fast food restaurant near 51st and Memorial.

His chattiness didn’t stop once he was in custody.  Fredrick apparently admitted to being scared and didn't want a ticket or jail time.

He has been booked into jail.
