Charges filed in woman’s traffic death

Tulsa, Okla. — Charges are filed against a man accused of causing a fatal drunk-driving crash that killed a Sand Springs mother last Tuesday.

35-year old Hector Hernandez was charged Monday with manslaughter after Broken Arrow police say he ran into 46-year old Jennifer Holt near 81st and South Garnett.

Police tell us Hernandez was speeding from another crash he caused when he slammed into Holt last week.

She was on a break from her job at a hospital.
