Car break-ins suspect jailed

Tulsa, Okla. — A woman accused of several car break-ins is in jail.

Tulsa police arrested Amber Howard at 24th and Sheridan early Monday morning.

She is accused of break-ins across Tulsa including at a Muslim Temple, at Planet Fitness and The Gathering Place.

We're told Howard also had several stolen credit cards, checks, i-d's and meth when she was arrested.
