Broken Arrow police arrest 4th teen suspect in fatal shooting of 16-year-old

Broken Arrow Police have arrested a fourth teenage suspect in the fatal shooting of 16-year-old Dacari Green last month.

Police say 16-year-old Brandon Jordan was arrested yesterday by the U.S. Marshal’s Eastern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force and is now facing a charge of first-degree murder and is being charged as an adult.

Three other suspects - 15-year-old Tremaine Tolliver, 15-year-old Ja’Cori Whitmore, and 15-year-old Ky’leigh Shaw - are also facing charges of first-degree murder.

Green was found dead in the street near his home near 51st and 145th East Avenue on January 24th.

Court records indicate the shooting could have been gang-related, but police have not commented on that aspect of the case so far.

Police say the investigation is still ongoing.
