Baby dies, twin put into protective custody

A disturbing story out of Oklahoma City involving a 5-month-old boy.

Investigators state the baby recently showed up at a hospital malnourished.  He was later pronounced dead.

His parents, Secoya McNeary and Sirtramane Neal, have been arrested on child neglect counts.

Newsok.com reports the boy's twin brother was also found severely malnourished.  He has received medical help and is now in state custody.
