Skiatook, Okla. — An auto-pedestrian accident is fatal for a Skiatook man.
52-year old Robert Vaughn Harper died just before 7 p.m. Sunday when he was struck by a vehicle on Highway 11 near 151st Street North.
The OHP tells us Harper was walking in the roadway when he was struck by a driver.
