Tulsa, Okla. — A first degree murder charge is filed against a man accused of shooting another man to death near 91st and Memorial.
We're told Cesar Fernandez shot the victim at the Stillhouse Bar and Grill early Saturday after two other men had gotten into an argument.
The victim has not been identified.
