17-year-old shot in the leg at north Tulsa home

TULSA, Okla. — A teenager is in the hospital after being shot in the leg overnight at a north Tulsa home.

Tulsa police said a group of teenagers were inside a home near Apache and North Harvard. They say there were no adults in the home.

Police said they arrived at the home around 1 a.m. and as the teenager was being taken to the hospital. He was alert and talking when he was taken.

No arrests have been made and the police are trying to contact the homeowner.
