Kid’s bike stolen, BA cops replace it with a new one

BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — An act of kindness from Broken Arrow Police.

Officers got a call about a suspicious person at Oak Crest Elementary School. They couldn’t find anyone, but when they checked the cameras, they discovered the person had stolen a bike right off the bike rack.

They couldn’t find the suspect so the officers did the next best thing.

Officers Golden, Jessie, and Rott looked at the security footage, saw what kind of bike it was, pulled some money together, and bought the same model of bike to give to the student.
