BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — Broken Arrow Police say a man is in the hospital after being shot.
Officers say they responded to a reported burglary at a residence near East 121st Street and S Elm Place around 9 o’clock Tuesday night.
When they got there, however, police say they learned the two men knew each other and the shooting may have happened due to an argument.
They say the homeowner may have shot the other man while he was trying to force his way inside the house.
Officers say the man was shot in the torso and is now at the hospital.
Police are still investigating whether a criminal arrest is warranted.
