    Actress Selma Blair has gone public with her diagnosis of multiple sclerosis. >> Read more trending news  In a social media post on Saturday, Blair, 46, said she decided to go public with her diagnosis after a costume designer on her Netflix series showed amazing kindness in helping her into a costume. “She carefully gets my legs in my pants, pulls my top over my head, buttons my coats and offers her shoulder to steady myself,” Blair said on Instagram. I fall sometimes. I drop things. My memory is foggy. And my left side is asking for directions from a broken GPS,” she wrote on Instagram. “I don’t know exactly what I will do, but I will do my best,” she said. And even to myself.” She said she was overwhelmed when she was first diagnosed with MS and that she wanted to sleep all the time, but Blair said she’s more adjusted now.  “I have MS and I am OK. But if you see me, dropping crap all over the street, feel free to help me pick it up. It takes a whole day for me alone. Thank you and may we all know good days amongst the challenges,” she said. Multiple sclerosis is a disease of the central nervous system that is unpredictable and often disabling, according to the National MS Society.   • Pop star Rihanna turned down an offer to headline the 2019 Super Bowl halftime show in support of Colin Kaepernick and his protest over police brutality, according to news reports. >> Read more trending news  US Weekly, citing an unnamed source, said the NFL and CBS really wanted the “Work” singer to perform at the high-profile event in 2019 in Atlanta, but she said no because of the kneeling controversy and the NFL’s position on it. Kapernick, 30, who once admitted to having a crush on Rihanna, 30, according to US, drew national attention, and anger, when he refused to stand for the national anthem early in the 2016 season. Instead, he took a knee to potest police brutality. The former San Francisco 49ers quarterback was released by the 49ers after the 2016 season and hasn’t played since.   • “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta' star Tommie Lee was arrested for the second time in less than 48 hours Wednesday night. WSB reported that Tommie Lee, whose real name is Atasha Chizaah Jefferson, was arrested and charged with aggravated stalking and obstruction of an officer. >> Read more trending news  According to police paperwork obtained by WSB, Jefferson was arrested at her home in Smyrna, Georgia, around 8 p.m. Wednesday. On Tuesday, Lee was arrested at an area middle school after she allegedly assaulted one of her daughters. She was charged with felony aggravated assault, simple battery, first-degree child cruelty and disruption of public schools. She will remain in jail indefinitely. 
  • The Emmy Award-winning “Golden Girls” sitcom, featuring the adventures of four feisty older women, ran for seven seasons starting in the mid-1980s. More than 30 years later, the show is still airing on cable TV and its still-growing fan base spans the generations. >> Read more trending news  Maybe that’s part of the reason Funko, known for its pop culture-themed products, just debuted a limited-edition “Golden Girls”-inspired tribute cereal. The cereal just hit store shelves at select Target stores late last month, and it is already hard to find.   • “Love & Hip Hop” star Erica Mena was arrested over the weekend in Johns Creek, Georgia, after an incident with her boyfriend, Clifford Dixon. According to police paperwork obtained by WSB, someone called police on Mena and Dixon after allegedly hearing an argument between the two. >> Read more trending news  Officers said they interviewed witnesses and discovered Mena and Dixon had been fighting and Dixon had kicked down a locked door. Dixon was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing. Mena was arrested on possession of marijuana charges.   • Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen died from cancer Monday at the age of 65, according to a statement from his family and Microsoft. >> Read more trending news The Seattle and Portland sports teams owner and billionaire philanthropist died from complications of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, his family confirmed through Allen’s Vulcan Inc. “My brother was a remarkable individual on every level. While most knew Paul Allen as a technologist and philanthropist, for us he was a much loved brother and uncle, and an exceptional friend,” his sister, Jody Allen, said in a statement.  “Paul Allen’s contributions to our company, our industry and our community are indispensable,”  Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella said.  “As co-founder of Microsoft, in his own quiet and persistent way, he created magical products, experiences and institutions, and in doing so, he changed the world,” Nadella said. Seattle-based Vulcan Inc., Allen’s company for his network of organizations and initiatives, also released a statement on Allen’s passing. “Millions of people were touched by his generosity, his persistence in pursuit of a better world, and his drive to accomplish as much as he could with the time and resources at his disposal,” Vulcan CEO Bill Hilf said. “Paul’s life was diverse and lived with gusto. It reflected his myriad interests in technology, music and the arts, biosciences and artificial intelligence, conservation and in the power of shared experience – in a stadium or a neighborhood – to transform individual lives and whole communities,” Hilf said.  Allen, in a final social media post, had a message for the world. “As long as we work together - with both urgency and determination - there are no limits to what we can achieve,” he posted. Funeral arrangements have not been announced yet. Allen, one of the wealthiest people in the U.S., with a fortune estimated at $20 billion, according to his biography, was first diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in 1983, which prompted him to resign from Microsoft to battle the disease. He first met Bill Gates when Gates was 12 and he was 14 when the two went to the same school in Seattle. Both TMZ and People magazine are reporting that the singer and Davidson decided to end their engagement.   • T.I. says he is done with Kanye West after his highly publicized visit to the White House.  In a lengthy, expletive-laced Instagram post, the rapper expressed his disappointment with West, who met with President Donald Trump on Thursday to discuss prison reform and a host of other issues.  “This is the most repulsive, disgraceful, embarrassing act of desperation & auctioning off of one's soul to gain power I've ever seen,” he wrote in a caption of a video of West’s White House visit.
