One person was dead upon arrival, and the other person was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.

Police confirm the deceased male victim was 23-years-old and the critical victim is 16-years-old.

Investigators on the scene had to comb through a lot of evidence and were able to speak to witnesses who stayed after the shooting.

Lt. Brandon Watkins with the Tulsa Police Homicide unit tells KRMG that detectives are searching the area and reviewing surveillance video and are hoping more witnesses will come forward with information.

Police say this incident could be gang-related, but it is still early in the investigation.

TPD believes this is an isolated incident stemming from an argument and does not believe there is a threat to the public.

Watkins says this is the 29th homicide in Tulsa. 28 of those homicides have been solved.
