Storm damage across Green Country.
Several homes are damaged in west Tulsa near 81st and 33rd West Avenue.
In Muskogee, nearly 500 people are currently without power after a storm on Tuesday night. Near the area of West 43rd Street and Cherokee Drive, there were several sites of damage. One included a house that was struck by a tree that had become uprooted due to storms.
Hilldale Public Schools also canceled classes today, but no reason for the cancellation was given at the moment. FOX23 will be over there later today to gather more information.
In Jenks, power outages were reported across the City. T
he Jenks Police Department said that because of it, several intersections were not functioning, which included:
- 91st & Main
- 5th & Main
- Elwood & Main
- Elm & Main
- Beaver & Elm
Public Works crews were out working to get temporary stop signs up until the power could be restored.
