It's all part of the 918 Area Code Overlay. The 918 area code serves Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Bartlesville, McAlester, Gore, Jenks, Muskogee, Tahlequah, Henryetta and northeastern Oklahoma. The 918 area code is going to run out of numbers within the next 18 months. So, the Oklahoma Corporation Commission is adding a new area code called 539.

LOS ANGELES - "The Other Guys" are the main guys at the box office, knocking off "Inception" to take the No. 1 spot. The buddy-cop parody starring Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg made $35.6 million in its opening weekend, according to Sunday estimates from Sony Pictures. It's the second-highest debut for a film in which Ferrell has starred.
NOT JUST TULSA: CAMDEN, N.J. - New Jersey's most impoverished city will close all three branches of its public library at year's end unless a rescue can be pulled off. Camden's library board says the libraries won't be able to afford to stay open past Dec. 31 because of budget cuts from the city government. The city had its subsidy from the state cut. The library board president says the library system, which opened in 1904, is preparing to donate, sell or destroy its collections, including 187,000 books.
WaPo: When General Motors went through bankruptcy last year, it suspended its political donations. Now that it's owned by the U.S. government, it's donating to lawmakers' pet projects again. The carmaker gave $41,000 to groups associated with lawmakers, the vast majority of it -- $36,000 -- to the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, the company reported on a disclosure form last week. The CBC Foundation is a charity with 11 members of the Congressional Black Caucus on its board.
Tiger Woods hit rock bottom at Firestone Country Club today with a final round 77 to finish 18-over par on a golf course he has dominated with seven career wins. According to the PGA Tour, Woods' 18-over-par sets a new mark for his highest 72-hole score in relation to par.. Woods had twice previously finished with a score of 10-over-par through 54 holes. His total of 298 is also his highest score through four rounds of his PGA Tour career. Since turning pro, Woods' previous worst finish as a professional in an event in which he played four rounds was a T60 at the first event in which he played as a pro, the 1996 Greater Milwaukee Open.
Laurence Fishburne's daughter has moved out of the star's Los Angeles home as she tries to forge a career for herself in the porn industry. Montana Fishburne, 19, has reportedly infuriated The Matrix star by filming an adult video with Vivid Entertainment, titled Montana Fishburne: An A-List Daughter Makes her XXX Debut. The video is set to be released later this month. The teenager reveals she was living with her dad, his second wife Gina Torres, and their baby daughter Delilah in their Hollywood Hills mansion until recently, when she decided to find her own place so she could pursue her dreams as a porn star.
A Russian finalist at the World Sauna Championships in Finland died Saturday and the event was suspended, according to the organizers, the AP reported. Both of the events finalists -- Russia's Vladimir Ladyzhensky and Finland's Timo Kaukonen -- were rushed to the hospital after collapsing during the competition, in which contestants are made to endure temperatures of 230 degrees Fahrenheit for as long as they can. Ladyzhensky later died. The event, which has been held since 1999, was taking place in Heinola, Finland, which is 86 miles north of Helsinki.
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A star-studded team of professional basketball players joined President Barack Obama and Education Secretary Arne Duncan in a game for U.S. troops and young people on Sunday. Obama and Duncan shot hoops with the basketball stars, who included LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and hall-of-famers Bill Russell and Earvin "Magic" Johnson. Kobe Bryant attended, but did not play. Obama's birthday celebrity game also included retired NBA All-Star Alonzo Mourning, Derek Fisher of the Los Angeles Lakers, Carmelo Anthony, Chauncey Billups of the Denver Nuggets and Maya Moore of the WBA Connecticut Huskies, among others. The stellar team on the court at Fort McNair military base gym in Washington entertained wounded soldiers and participants of a White House mentoring program aimed at motivating teenagers to aspire to great achievements.
UK - A police force plans to spend the equivalent of thousands of dollars buying devices called 'Shewees' for female officers so that they can relieve themselves more easily while on patrol. Following a successful trial Cambridgeshire police is considering rolling out the items to its 380 women officers, despite feedback indicating that there is ''no great need for them''. Shewees are plastic funnels, available in five colors including bright pink and 'desert sand', which allow women to relieve themselves while standing at a urinal like a man
Elena Kagan was sworn in Saturday as the 112th justice and fourth woman ever to serve on the Supreme Court. Chief Justice John Roberts administered the oath to Kagan in a brief private ceremony at the court. Kagan, joined by family and friends, pledged to faithfully and impartially uphold the law. Afterward, she smiled broadly as a crowd of onlookers stood and applauded. "We look forward to serving with you," Roberts said.
Evidence continues to mount to support expectations that Apple's iPhone 4 will finally launch on Verizon this coming January. The latest: Sources close to Apple's hardware suppliers say that Apple has ordered millions of CDMA chipsets from Qualcomm. CDMA is the wireless technology used by Verizon.
