What are the chances of giving birth naturally to two sets of identical twins? Take a guess ... 1 in 70 million. Yes, you heard that right. But that's just what happened to Tressa Montalvo and her husband Manuel on Valentine's Day. The new mom delivered two sets of identical twins -- Ace, Blaine, Cash and Dylan at the Woman's Hospital of Texas in Houston.
