Teen Caught In Crossfire, Killed In Gang Shooting
Police are searching for a man who killed a 15-year-old girl on the South Side.
The shooting happened on the 6900 block of South Campbell Avenue around 9:15 p.m. Monday.
The man opened fire on the girl and two teenage boys.
Police say she was not the intended target, and the shooting appears to be gang-related.
A bullet struck the girl in the back, and she died at the hospital an hour later.
