Syrian Opposition Says Government Is Using Cluster Bombs
The target -- rebel held parts of Damascus in this latest video posted to a social media website. Reuters cannot independently verify activists reports that government fighter planes are carrying out airstrikes in the capital. Other video shows rebels holding parts of cluster bombs. Similar accounts have some human rights groups speculating that Syrian forces are increasingly using cluster bombs in civilian areas.
