Gaza Schools Reopen After Israeli Offensive
It appears a school day like any other. But this is Gaza, where even the schools are vulnerable to attack. (shows damage to school buliding) Children went back to class on Saturday after a truce between Israel and Hamas appeared to have ended an eight day offensive that killed 139 Gazans - including 34 children - and five Israelis. The headmistress of El Zaitoun school said teachers were trying to give the children a normal school day.
