Filipinos Report Food Shortages After Typhoon Bopha

They survived the typhoon but now now residents of some of the hardest hit areas in the Philippines are struggling with food shortages. This was response to a box of food rations dropped in the Compostela Valley (various of people swarming) Damage to infrastructure throughout the southern part of the country has made it difficult to get aid to many villages. In Davao Oriental, locals reportedly looted this government run food warehouse, making off with sacks and sacks of rice.
