Tulsa, Okla. - Updating a story KRMG was first to bring you Friday morning regarding a kidnapping arrest.
Tulsa police say their investigation into last weekends death of Quinton Shaver, led them to arrest Garry Livers on Thursday. Livers is accused of kidnapping, tasing, stabbing, and assaulting a woman over a two week period.
Liver's name is the latest to be connected to the homicide case. Multiple arrests have been made this week in connection with Shaver's death.
No word on how Liver was involved in the homicide.
Original: Garry Livers was arrested after cops interviewed the woman who told them the shocking story.
The woman told cops Livers and another man grabbed her at gunpoint from the house she was staying in.
Then she says the men taped her head and face and abused her while moving to multiple locations over the time they held her.
The woman went on to say the man also stabbed and kicked during her captivity.
The arrest took place at a house near Pine and Harvard and they say there may be more arrests to come.
KRMG has learned that police have interviewed another person but there has only been one arrest so far.
