Two people shot inside house by man outdoors

An argument at a house near 4400 North Detroit Avenue leaves two people shot.

Tulsa Police Captain Dave Roberts tells us the victims and the suspect were found in the front yard when police arrived about 2:30 yesterday afternoon.

"The suspect was taken into custody after a short scuffle and both victims were transported to the hospital with what we believe to be non life-threatening gunshot wounds," Roberts said.

The shooter has been identified as 51-year old Kenneth Anderson.

He is now in the Tulsa Jail on $300,000 in bonds.

Anderson is accused of firing several shots from the outside of the house.
