The woman was trying on bras at Kohl’s when she saw a cell phone being held under the door.
"I just screamed and chased him topless through the store," Jeanne Ouelette admitted.
"I was at a store in a very private place, and I was enraged and I wanted to get the phone,” Jeanne told KCTV in Kansas City.
Ouelette said she did the best she could to cover her breasts with her hands as she chased the bad guy.
She screamed for help and then said when she got to the front door "common sense took over and said, 'You shouldn't go outside half naked.'"
Shoppers didn’t let her down though.
Several chased the man outside and helped cops grab Jeremy Bradley a few blocks from the store.
An officer told the Kansas City Star Ouelette, "ran topless after the guy, she definitely got the attention of other shoppers."
That is an understatement.
Ouelette believes the man is mentally ill and needs treatment but closed by saying “when you feel violated what you really want is for justice to be done."
