A black bear wandering through a Florida neighborhood was probably looking for a good place to take a nap.
According to Dayton Beach TV Station WKMG, the black beauty spent about 20 minutes on Thursday evening hanging out in a neighbor’s hammock.
Once the bear finished his visit, and made his way back into the woods, the homeowner Vincent James took the hammock down.
One brave (?) soul, Rafael Torres, got photos of the furry visitor from about 60 feet away after noticing that something had rummaged through his garbage.
Up until he took his hammock break, the bear had been going through trash cans and knocking down bird feeders since Wednesday.
Luckily, no one was hurt by the bear’s visit, but the next time Baloo comes through, the hammock will be gone.
