Firefighters responded to a house fire in Sperry Saturday morning.
The house was a rental property and the renter, a man in his fifties, was not hurt.
The fire was reported by the landlord. Firefighter were able to respond quickly because the fire station is only a block away from were the fire broke out.
An investigation is underway to determine what caused the blaze.
