Cutting off the wrong thing

I could be every man's worst nightmare.

Going in for a routine procedure "down there" and then something else gets cut.

That's what happened to an English man who went to the hospital for a minor urological procedure, and got a vasectomy instead.

According to England's Daily Telegraph the offending hospital, the Liverpool Royal Hospital has "apologized unreservedly" to the man.

The hospital, or, more likely, its insurance company, could be on the hook for around $200,000 if the surgery is not successfully reversed.
