Medical Helicopter Makes Emergency Landing (Tulsa, OK) - An Air-Evac helicopter makes and unscheduled stop Tuesday afternoon. The pilot made a precautionary landing near I-44 and Hwy 75 after apparently hitting a bird.
Chris Stevens with EMSA says the chopper was on its way to Hillcrest Medical Center when the pilot put it down. He says it landed safely and they helped take the crew and their patient the rest of the way to Hillcrest.
