When it's 113 degrees outside, the temperature inside your car, when parked in direct sunlight, can approach 200 degrees.
To us, that seems like a waste of BTUs.
Why not put that heat to good use?
So, today, KRMG is attempting to bake cookies on the dashboard of our mobile broadcast van.
The cookies went on the dash at about 9:30 this morning.
We figure it will take about 6 hours to bake them to some state of doneness.
So, tune into at 5pm to the KRMG Afternoon News with Dan Potter to find out if it worked!
