Victim gets chased through building by armed man

It started off as a physical altercation between two men.

It didn't take long for things to escalate.

Tulsa police say they arrived at a building near West 7th and South Lawton yesterday evening and encountered the victim.

He admitted to the fight with Ronald Parker, but added the fight didn't stop there.  Instead, Parker went and grabbed a knife and started chasing the victim.

Luckily, the whole incident was caught on video.

Police say they could see the fight, Parker returning with a knife, and Parker chasing the victim on the 7th floor of an undisclosed building with the knife.  The victim was able to escape, by running down a stairwell.

Parker was arrested and taken to the Tulsa County Jail.  He faces a count of assault with a deadly weapon.
