TULSA, Okla. —

Water gushes out of multiple fire hydrants making for some slick streets.

Tulsa Police say someone opened up to 25 fire hydrants overnight in West Tulsa and Berryhill.

One of the hydrants was in Harolyn Bean's yard. Bean says, "They don't have anything better to do. They're probably just some louse around who is not doing what they're supposed to do."

Bean suggests community service as punishment for the vandals when they get caught.

It took an hour before water crews could get the hydrants turned off.

Tulsa County sentĀ trucks out to sand down the roads as a precaution.
