The four propositions in the City of Bixby passed.

COUNTY COMMISSIONER DISTRICT NO. 2: LEON WARNER
STATE REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICT 8: TOM GANN
COUNTY COMMISSIONER DISTRICT NO. 2: STEVE HENDRIX

Today’s runoff election includes bond issues, state legislature candidates and other local offices.
Residents in the City of Bixby will decide on an $18 million bond package for improvements to the streets, parks, drainage and public safety.
Tulsa County voters will decide between republicans Lisa Kramer and Joe Newhouse for State Senate District 25. Dave Rader and Amanda J. Teegarden are running for the District 39 senate seat.
On the House side, Scott McEachin and Tom McCloud are running for District 67 seats. The democrat candidate for District 16 is between Ronnie Kell and Anna Dearmore.
Tulsa County voters will also vote in the county court clerk race choosing between republicans Donald Newberry and Ron Phillips.
Rogers County voters will decide the republican candidate for state representative in District 8. That race is between Tom Gann and Steven L. Dill.
Also in Rogers County, the republican race for county commissioner District 2 is between Steve Hendrix and Russell Guilfoyle.
Creek County voters will pick the republican candidate for sheriff, choosing between John S. Davis and Bret Bowling. There's also a race between republicans Rick Stewart and Leon Warner for Creek County Commissioner District 2.
Also on the Creek County ballot are a 10-year extension of a sales tax to fund road improvements and a bond issue for Pretty Water Public Schools.
