Kenneth M. Etter didn’t show up for a court date and is now wanted on two counts of Failure to Appear on a charge of Uttering a Forged Instrument.

That means Etter used a check that belonged to someone else to pay for something.

Etter has a long criminal past including fourteen misdemeanor warrants for various crimes. Among those are false declaration of ownership, knowingly concealing stolen property, and burglary.

Etter, who has been in and out of Oklahoma jails and prisons since 1991 also escaped from jail during that stretch. He was last released from incarceration in September of 2011.

His bond for the Felony warrant is $30,000.00.

If you see Etter do not try to approach him yourself, instead call the Crime Prevention Network.

They pay cash rewards for information leading to the arrest of persons committing felony crimes.

You may remain anonymous.
