There's heavy damage after a house fire early Tuesday near 13th and South Delaware.
At first, one fire engine responded to look for smoke and flames that had been reported in the area at about 1 a.m., then more firemen were called to the scene.
Tulsa firefighters tell us the house is normally occupied, but was being renovated and no one was inside.
We're told the fire apparently started in the rear of the house.
The fire is under investigation.
