TULSA, Okla. —
A rush hour truck-train accident on Hwy. 20 in Claremore Tuesday had traffic backed up for about an hour.
An investigator who worked the wreck told us it happened when the female driver of a pickup tried to cross in front of the train on the Burlington line. The train struck the driver's side.
Police say the woman was transported to a Tulsa-area hospital and her injuries did not appear to be life-threatening. The scene was clear by 6:30. Drivers called and texted KRMG when the wreck happened.
