A police chase from Sand Springs to Tulsa sent a Tulsa Police officer to the hospital last night.
Tulsa Police got involved in the chase, complete with a helicopter and canine officers, that went from the Keystone Expressway to near 41st and Peoria.
That's where the vehicle they were chasing entered a parking lot and the passenger jumped out, but police caught him right away.
The driver took off again, running over a curb, then going airborne before he crashed into a Tulsa police car with the officer still inside.
The suspect kept driving, then bailed and took off on foot.
A police canine officer found the suspect hiding under a porch where he was arrested.
Both suspects are accused of assault with a deadly weapon.
