Catoosa, Okla. —

One of America’s most popular comedians is set to share his views on southern culture with two shows on Oct. 20 at The Joint inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa.

Tickets start at $55 and go on sale Sept. 6. Foxworthy will perform at 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Since launching his career in 1984, Foxworthy has been a comedic mainstay with jokes built off of “You might be a redneck” one-liners, his participation in the Blue Collar Comedy Tour, a collection of comedic books and his work in film and television.

The Georgia native is the biggest selling comedy-recording artist in history and has earned multiple Grammy nominations for his work. He has released numerous comedy albums, including “You Might Be a Redneck If…,” “Games Rednecks Play” and “Totally Committed.”

Foxworthy has penned 26 books, including “The New York Times” bestsellers “The Redneck Dictionary,” “The Redneck Dictionary II” and the children’s book “Dirt on My Shirt.”

From 2000 to 2006, Foxworthy led the Blue Collar Comedy Tour, resulting in a huge success that spawned three films, an album and record-setting television ratings for Comedy Central’s premiere of “Blue Collar Comedy Tour: The Movie.”

The comedian hosted the hit primetime television game show “Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader” from 2007 to 2009, before switching to a syndicated version that aired until 2011. He is currently the host of “The American Bible Challenge,” which premieres on GSN on Aug. 23.
