TULSA, Okla. —
Construction is underway on the newest location for a popular Mexican restaurant.
Ted's Cafe Escondido should open a new restaurant at the Tulsa Hills shopping center at 71st St & Hwy 75 sometime next year.
The eatery opened its first Tulsa-area location several years ago at 71st St & 129th East Ave in Broken Arrow.
Ted's also has locations in Edmond, Norman and two in Oklahoma City.
Some shoppers at Tulsa Hills that KRMG spoke with have never heard of Ted's but are willing to give it a try.
Others are Ted's fans and are excited that Ted's is opening up the Tulsa Hills location.
