An alert neighbor spots flames coming from a house and calls 911.

A house on a cul-de-sac at 128 East 26th Court was on fire when District Fire Chief Jeremy Moore and his crew arrived about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Moore told us that "the house is vacant...we have arson investigators coming out to the scene to help us identify what caused the fire."

Moore tells us there was about $50,000 to $75,000 damage to the house.

"The house itself is probably...$200,000 structure," he said.

No one was injured.
