Tulsa, Okla. —

Two men run from troopers during a routine traffic stop Saturday evening.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol tells KRMG it happened around 8:15 p.m. near Highway 244 and Delaware.

When the troopers approached the car, two men jumped out and began running.  OHP said they left a dog behind in the vehicle.

Tulsa police were able to catch the driver at a house near Admiral and Delaware.  No word on the other suspect or why they ran from the troopers.

Animal control was called out to care for the dog.
