Tulsa, Okla. —
A Tulsa man accused of sexually abusing a girl over several months was arrested on Friday.
Tulsa Arrest report state 46-year-old David Maurice Smith raped a 15-year-old girl at a residence near 31st and 129th between September and December of 2012. The report did not state the relationship between the suspect and the victim.
He was charged on Thursday with three counts of sexual abuse of a minor and one count of furnishing an alcoholic beverage to a minor.
Smith is in the Tulsa County Jail and bail is set at $76,000.
